Sentence: Be perfect therefore as your heavenly Father is perfect.  Matthew 5:45
 
Collect: Listening God, you show us mercy and ask us what we need. May we seek those things which increase our faith, and further your reign on earth as in heaven, so that we may follow you more closely. Through Jesus Christ our Liberator, who is alive and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen

Sentence: “This is what I told you while I was still with you: Everything must be fulfilled that is written about me in the Law of Moses, the Prophets and the Psalms.” Luke 24:44 

Collect: God of the possible, and the impossible, when we come to you with questions and struggle with your answers, grant us faith in believing as we await the treasure from heaven, which is your faithful promise. Through Jesus Christ our Liberator, who is alive and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen

I and the Father are One

​Readings: John 10:24-39 & Galatians 3:1-5
 
Sentence: The works that I do in my Father’s name testify to me; but you do not believe, because you do not belong to my sheep.  My sheep hear my voice. I and the Father are one.'  John 10:25–27, 30
 
Collect: Good shepherd of the sheep, by whom the lost are sought and guided into the fold; feed us and we shall be satisfied, heal us and we shall be whole, and lead us that we may be with you, with the Father and the Holy Spirit, where you reign one God for ever. Amen.
