Readings: Matthew 5: 43-48 & Mark 10:35-45

Sentence: Be perfect therefore as your heavenly Father is perfect.  Matthew 5:45

Collect: Listening God, you show us mercy and ask us what we need. May we seek those things which increase our faith, and further your reign on earth as in heaven, so that we may follow you more closely. Through Jesus Christ our Liberator, who is alive and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen

Readings: Mark 10:14-15 & Revelation 21:1-5

Sentence: How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news, who proclaim peace, who bring good tidings, who proclaim salvation, who say to Zion, “Your God reigns!” Isaiah 52:7

Collect: God of power, in Christ you came to us as a servant; the greatest became the least. In a world which values privilege and power, may we find the humble way, putting others before ourselves, sharing our resources and witnessing to the life of the one who redeems. Through Jesus Christ our Liberator, who is alive and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen

Readings: John 10:24-39 & Galatians 3:1-5

Collect: Good shepherd of the sheep, by whom the lost are sought and guided into the fold; feed us and we shall be satisfied, heal us and we shall be whole, and lead us that we may be with you, with the Father and the Holy Spirit, where you reign one God for ever. Amen.
