Nativity Church is looking for a pastorally and missionally minded person to support, enable and lead ministry and mission amongst families in Marlborough.
The role would involve providing leadership for family care cells and the Nativity Kids and Youth Sunday morning programme, with the potential of the role being extended (see hours below) to other areas of ministry. The right person would be able to work alongside a team of parishioners, volunteers, and staff in the overall goal of developing Christian faith in this key area.
Nativity currently has an active children’s, intermediate, and family ministry but with the right person, we would like to see this developed, both in terms of supporting current needs and ongoing development as well as identifying and developing missional opportunities. If you would like to be part of an active, mid-sized parish that has a strong core of committed people who are excited about the future of mission, please get in touch.
The hours of the role are negotiable, depending on the applicant, from part-time (20 hrs per week) to full-time (40 hrs per week).
